| Introduction | In 2014 I had the shock of my life when I was diagnosed with anxiety and then depression. It was writing that became my anchor - in therapy, and a frightening decision to publicly share the truth of me in this blog. Mostly about how you can be so sure about the type of person you are, until one day you aren't. The words that were so hard to share became a celebration of connecting with others who resonated completely with the notion that anxiety and depression do not 'look' and 'behave' a certain way only. There is no kind of person, and if you just start the conversation with others you will soon realise that none of us are alone in this. Some other stuff about me: my very favourite thing to do is take photos. All sorts, but wildlife is my favourite. I love to feed people seriously tasty food, and if you love dogs I know we'll get on just fine |
