| Introduction | It's probably best if you look at this blog as a sort of diary. I am not trying to inform on anything or give and accurate account of events. This blog forces me to put down my experiences and helps me to reflect upon them. Moreover, I have never been much of a writer since primary school so I hope you don't mind the clumsy writing. Almost having finished my second gap year, I am really excited to finally go to university and study medicine. Almost two years ago I graduated at an international school called Lester B. Pearson College with at the time 200 students from over a hundred different countries. I am extremely grateful for the time experiences I had there and they influenced me a lot. I am struggling trying to make my contribution towards making this world a better place and only recently started to see how little I can actually change. I know, somewhat pessimistic.. Currently, I am volunteering at Aashray care home, an orphanage in Jaipur (India). |
