| Introduction | So much that could be said with so much room to say it. I've been baking from a very young age of 5- or trying to help that is. When ever I was able to help in the kitchen I would be the first to help in my family. My first real job in the kitchen in my High School cafeteria, then Olive Garden (a hostess), and then it happened. The biggest, scariest, best decision I've ever made. I moved to Washington. 1,500 miles or so away from my family in California with my dad and his spouse. Getting to Washington was a trip I would willingly take with my grandparents again. Three months later I got a job in a bakery. Which helped get the wheels rolling in starting the Iced Apron. I'm 24 now I'll be 25 in May so I've nearly been baking and cooking for almost 20 years now. |
