| Introduction | I'm a lifelong biker and I still have the cafe racer Velocette Venom that I bought when I was seventeen. It's family you see, being registered on the day I was born - May the 10th 1961. Since buying it I have had a career firstly as a mechanical engineer and then as an industrial designer. I think this gives me the background to know enough about my bikes to have proper opinions. Indeed, some do say that I'm opinionated, but I know the truth. The real truth is that I've got a nice bike and I'm becoming a grumpy old sod. |
