| Introduction | I'm an overweight 35 year old married father of 1. I work as a Retail Sales Manger across Mid Wales and the West Midlands, spend far too much time sitting down and not enough time excercising......the result I now way 17st 4 pounds!!! Thays twice the weight of my wife Rhian and over 8 times the weight of Matthew our son (although he is only 3!) So hear it is my goal.......365 days from today (January 31st 2009 I will have lost 35 lbs (2 1/2 stone) |
