| Introduction | Tokyo, 2001: I was adjusting to the complicated business environment of Japan and trying to understand the Japanese culture and behavior of Japanese people. My quest led to an interest in the subject of human behavior and I started reading books on Behavioral Science with a focus on motivational theories.
Bangalore 2004: I got an opportunity to apply many of the thories I had learnt and I focussed mainly on people management aspects.
