| Introduction | I like lists and details and organization to the point I will write down something I did just to cross it off. I struggle with laziness and wanting to just sit and read a book and neglect everything around me. I LOVE to read. I am working on self-control and enjoy the quote, "Discipline is choosing between what you want now and what you want most." I have decided to let my hair go gray gracefully. I love spending time with people but then I'll have moments where I shut down and don't want to leave the house or talk to anyone. Some things I find beautiful would be the colors of autumn as the leaves change, the way a soft and beautiful yarn feels when I hold it in my hands, a cup of chai, sunshine and a breeze coming through open windows, the beach at sunset, the faces of my husband and 4 kids, the smell of a book, the beauty of a sunrise as God reminds me I have the gift of a new day. What will I do with it? |
