Introduction	Welcome to my family and local history research blog. I'm a professional librarian who also works as an archivist and possesses a great love for history. Not an unusual combination, I know. I do work solo much of the time, so when I have an exciting finding I often have to wait in order to find someone with whom to share it who will also appreciate it.
