| Introduction | I'm a full time worker, part time grad student, and all around tv addict. For work I am an archaeologist and map maker. For school I am studying for a PhD in Geography. My major focus is on researching Cajun food regional differences in the Acadiana parishes of Louisiana thus fine tuning a culinary map of South Louisiana that I am working on. Currently I am collecting roux based recipes (gumbo, etoufee, creole) and stories through ethnographic fieldwork so I'm always interested in hearing what people have to say! I live vicariously through tv shows and I absolutely love American Big Brother and Top Chef (I'm obsessed with the Amuse Bouche).
