Introduction I have more than 15 yrs of experience in monitoring, evaluation & impact assessment in the context of international development and in supporting organisations to extend their capabilities in M&E. including several years as an evaluation advisor with NZAID. Other experience includes leading the Participatory Research Methods Program at the International Centre for Tropical Agriculture and working as a facilitator and trainer for the CGIAR Systemwide Program on Participatory Research and Gender Analysis. I've also worked with community research groups in SE Asia and Latin America and with organisations supporting these. I've trained in Most Significant Change Technique, People Centered Programme Logic, Performance Stories and Contribution Analysis and Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation Systems and completed several courses with the Evaluator’s Institute. Since 2006 I've studied with Ken McLeod to cultivate deeper levels of attention and awareness. I have a PhD in Ecology from the University of California, fluency in English and Spanish and a working knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and Portuguese.
