| Introduction | After a 5 year struggle with sinus issues and conventional medical treatments, I sought out integrative medicine. Recently identified with multiple food allergies, I am learning to live dairy/egg/gluten/wheat/soy/nut (and more) free. I'm hoping that becoming a member of the allergy-free community will help me to make mutually beneficial connections.
