| Introduction | I have 5 years of working experience in SAP Human Resources (HR) with 2 full project life cycles for Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Development (PD), and Learning Solution (LSO), Competence Management(SAP HR & MRS), Resource Management(SAP MRS), and Integration between MRS to HCM & Cpro. In the beginning of my SAP MRS career I worked on Competence Management and completed 1 weeks SAP training course. The consultant’s involvement in several industries including Airline, Telecom, and Forestry. My experience in handling full project life cycles, requirement study, proposed solution and design, prepare documentation such as business blueprint, test scripts and configuration solution, design, perform configuration. Supported system testing, conduct training, prepare functional and technical specification for customization request. |
