Introduction	Fitness Junkie! I grew up in the town of Elk Grove, California. The oldest brother of a large family, I spent most of his life coaching and mentoring a large variety of athletes. As a competitor, I participated in several sports and became an avid student of strength and fitness training.I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years. I am a level 1 crossfit certified trainer. I was a four sport athlete in high school, and played two years of college football. I have fought in two mma fights, and have competed and train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kick Boxing and traditional Boxing. I Credit participation in sports for my understanding of goal setting, sportsmanship and hard work.
