| Introduction | After a stint working in R&D in the birthplace of biotech -- the San Francisco Bay Area -- during the boom years of the 1990s, I moved back to Australia in 2001. I joined the fledgling publication Australian Biotechnology News in 2002 as Science Editor and spent the next three years chronicling the ups and downs, ins and outs of the Aussie biotech scence. Since 2005 I've been freelancing about biotech and about life science in general. |
