Introduction	I am currently a Plan II, Linguistics, and French major at the University of Texas at Austin. I want a tattoo, but my friends say my options are ridiculous: does a fiery whisk or a pie pumpkin sound ridiculous to you!? I bake it up with my trusty side kick Julia (she's my kitchenaid standmixer) and occasionally my nervous friends and roommate, to which all these musings and bakings are dedicated. As soon as I graduate I am either going to culinary school or graduate school, in the attempts of becoming a fabulous food writer. With linguistics and French under my chefs hat I hope to change the way the world and future generations think about food and foodways. Cheers.
