Introduction	Originally from Connecticut, I grazed on to the city of Chicago where I studied Anthropology at UChicago and ate / worked at some fantastic restaurants. Hungry for prosciutto, I was led to a seaside town in Tuscany where I have been living, cooking and eating for over a year. I'm now in the great land of foie gras, cassoulet, mushrooms, pates, cheeses, and pastries... ah, the Midi-Pyrenees, France!
