Introduction	I am a mother of two young children & a part time pastry chef by trade. I have struggled with health issues that have led me to drop sugar from my diet. Which is no easy task because of what I do for a job! I began to get frustrated with the majority of 'healthy' or sugar free baking that lacked in flavour & texture. So I've embarked on my own journey using the skills & knowledge I have as an industry professional to create recipes that do not include processed sugar but still taste so amazing that if you didn't know it was sugar free you would not suspect it to be.
