Introduction	Born and raised in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains, I am a mother, lawyer, wife, hack philospher, writer, reader, and sometimes really bad musician. I write two blogs- Honest (Mostly)Conversations--Real and Surreal, where I write essays, memoir, and other nonfiction. I also have Liar. Liar. Words on Fire where I post my short stories, novel excerpts, and other fiction to give it some room to breathe. I welcome comments, constructive criticism, and questions on either blog.
