Introduction	Neil, Sara, Ben and Grace returned to Malawi in August 2008. Neil is a Senior Lecturer in Paediatrics and Child Health in the College of Medicine, Malawi. Malawi has one doctor for every 30,000 people - one of the worst doctor-patient ratios in the world. Neil hopes to train and mentor Malawian students - to model a life of Christian compassion and commitment in clinical practice - so that some will work in mission hospitals serving the rural poor.
