| Introduction | Hello everyone. Who am I? Why am I here? I’m Jim Ramia, a software developer working for Pragmatics, Inc. I’ve been working in the field of IT since May ’95 when I graduated from George Mason University. I enjoy my current position because of my super-talented co-workers who collectively can solve any problem. In my opinion, the ideal software team is one that operates like a computer cluster, meaning among other things, that a team should be fault tolerant. If one member gets sick, others should be able to take over. My current team’s commitment to Agile Methodology goes a long way to making this ideal possible. |
