| Introduction | I am the President and CEO of Extant Realty Inc., a real estate investment services company. I have personally been investing in real estate since 2001 and educating and training myself on real estate investment before that! In 2004 I decided to make real estate a life career and became licensed as a Realtor. I currently help investors build strong real estate portfolios that match their goals. I also syndicate larger commercial investment deals in emerging real estate markets in the USA, so we are always looking for qualified investors! I became a broker in WA and ID spring 2007 and formalized my real estate niche to real estate investors, home buyers and commercial cash flow properties. I went to college at WSU and EWU and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in international business. I am married to a wonderful woman who I have 3 beautiful children with, 1 boy and twin girls! Real Estate is a true life passion for me and I hope that people feel that way when doing business with me. My companies mission is to help people build wealth through real estate and control their financial future. |
