Introduction	I was raised in a conservative Christian home with a strong Biblical education and unwavering faith in God. As I grew up, though, many things forced me to question my faith, my beliefs, God, and people. I haven't lost faith in God, but I've become much more open-minded and appreciative of opportunities to learn new ideas--even ones I with which I disagree. My conversations with others has forced me to realize that my standards and beliefs dictated who I thought God was. But God is so much greater than my understanding of Him! The more I meet new people and learn new beliefs and ideas, the less I presume things about others and the more I love the variety I find in people and humbly begin to understand the God who loves them all. Differing viewpoints intrigue and inspire me, challenging the sincerity of my love for others and the validity of my own opinions. I hope that this book will help others do the same.
