| Introduction | Hello my name is Wendy. I was born in Michigan in 1966 and moved to Texas in 1999. I know it’s over used but I like the saying; I wasn’t born in Texas but I got here as fast as I could. I love Texas, the people are warm and caring and the state itself is absolutely beautiful. So much to see and do in the great state of Texas. I can’t say I’m a native Texan but my friends call me an honorary Texan and I’m proud of it. I started dating my husband, Fred, Fall of 2002 and we were married in 2003. Our son Michael was born in 2003 and is a true blessing from God. I had Michael at home with a midwife and believe in home births. We live near my husband’s home town and I love the area, rolling hills, oak trees and a few creeks here and there with lots of brush for the animals. I love nature photography and can always find something interesting to photograph. Welcome to my blog and I hope you enjoy the bits and pieces of our life that I share here in South Texas. |
