| Introduction | Dr. Carl-Collins Ogunshola Oshodi is a peace activist, strategist, writer, entrepreneur, strategic security analyst, and democrat. In an attempt to theorize new concepts of revolution in the 21st century, Dr. Carl has been seeking to popularize the philosophy of “Soarism” and to expand on his ideas of fractals and the importance of Youth participation in Building Africa, and the dynamics of emancipatory politics. His many articles on journals, and recently his new book on, "Africa and Africans, A Twenty-First Century Approach: A Revolutionary Moments in the Africa," is about the centrality of the humanist philosophy of Soarism to emancipatory politics and the reconceptualization of revolution in the 21st century of the Africa’s course. Dr. Carl has published numerous articles and reviews in scholarly journals. He has also produced a number of online monographs and newsletters. In order to answer to the mitigating factors confronting Africa, and to help create a rejuvenating ego, his articles attempts to invent theories of a ground breaking and cutting edge perspectives in the development of Africa by Africans. |
