If you love meat and threes, and have not been to the Middle Tennessee area, make it a point to come visit and try several of them. You won't be disappointed! My mission is to bring the meat-and-three dining concept to the forefront and to continually remind people of their significance. They are one of the backbones of our culture. Sure, they are most well-known in the Southern region, and the Eastern and Mid-West regions, to a lesser degree. But, a "meat and three" doesn't have to be purely Southern Comfort Food. Any ethnic cuisine could be a candidate. If you have imagination and culinary expertise, you can create a meat and three restaurant dining experience. Just go for it, and get it on the fun!
