Introduction	I am currently teaching yoga in the Iyengar tradition. I have finished my Junior Intermediate 1 level of assessment. I teach this method of yoga because it is available to all bodies and ages. My students are what keep me learning to be a better instructor. In turn, my life is constantly going down, down stream.
