| Introduction | Mary admits to not being a great cook, she would barely qualify as a good one. She is in fact an amateur home cook with a questionable track record in the kitchen. After a decade of marriage, her interest in cooking has finally emerged. This blog serves two purposes: to serve as her virtual cookbook and to offer other novice cooks simple recipes and tips. She is a business owner, published writer, HR professional but most importantly, a part of a loving family. She loves to write, work in her garden, and collect Christmas ornaments (sheer addiction).
