| Introduction | My name is Sherri, I am 45 yrs old and as depressing as this may sound,I have lived 2/3 of my life on a diet of some sorts. I have tried MANY MANY diets over the years but have not had good success with many of them. Only a few worked and I gained it all back plus some. But I am here now, looking to make some positive, healthy changes in my life and doing my best to make the next 40+ years of my life happy healthy ones! I am a nurse, a mom of 2 daughters and have been married for 18 yrs. I am tired of looking at myself in the mirror and not liking what is staring back at me. I KNOW there truly is a little person inside of me dying to get out ...and I cant wait to meet her!!! My goal is to weigh 150# by March 31, 2012. Welcome to my blog! |
