| Introduction | Do a wedding, who me? These were my first words when asked by a friend to assist him on a wedding. I had not a camera long when given the opportunity to be a part of what I didn’t know was going to be remarkable. Once the wedding was over. I thought to myself how long a day it had been. I was tired, back hurting, legs sluggish, but there was something great about it all. I know what it was. The smiles, the tears of joy, the laughter, all of these elements I fell in love with. This was my introduction into wedding photography. I love all aspects of photography, but the one thing I love about weddings is the natural progression of it. This is one day that you can just be there and catch the happiest day of their lives. All I have to do is be in the right place at the right time and I can see it all unfold. I consider being among the photojournalist of wedding photography. I love the candid moments that are so natural and unrehearsed. Photography has not just become a love, but a passion. |
