Birmingham School of Law, Retired Major U.S. Army Res. with 5 years active duty - Vietnam and Germany, Retired civil service Admin.Contracting Officer from Defense Contracts Management Agency, worked contracts for NASA, USAID and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Served over 10 years outside the United States mostly in the Middle East. Currently retired occupying myself with family (married 42 years), painting and writing.
