Schuyler is originally from Richmond, Virginia but has spent a few years living in New York City and traveling through out Europe in search of the perfect espresso. It was in his travels that Schuyler came across the Cortado, created in the Basque region of Spain and loved all over the world. The owner believes that this simple little drink is the perfect blend of quality espresso and steamed milk. It was Schuyler's dream to bring his favorite specialty coffee drinks to his new hometown in Kauai, Hawaii. Cortado Coffee Bar is a, unique Coffee Bar on the sunny south shore of Kauai, Hawaii. Cortado Kauai offers traditional favorites like espresso drinks, cold brewed iced coffee and of course the bars name sake and owner's favorite, the CORTADO or the delicious Coco Loco a blend of espresso, coconut and a touch of cayenne if you want to try something a little different. Open Monday-Saturday 7am-2pm. |
