| Introduction | I was born and raised in Santa Monica, went to Notre Dame Academy girls high school, and then left California to attend college in Boulder, Colorado. After graduating, I tried to find my place in the world and spent time traveling and exploring different countries and states. In my mid-twenties I finally realized that home was indeed California, and I returned with more perspective and a greater appreciation for what the state had to offer. I married my wonderful husband, Keith, in August 2005, and I was pregnant with my daughter the following May. By November 2008, we had two children. Before life as a mother, I was successful in sales for 6 years, but I wasn't passionate about my career. After spending some time searching for direction, personal training became the clear answer. I have always been passionate about fitness, and since it has always played a significant role in my life, the thought of being able to share that with others was so appealing to me. As a personal trainer, I have the opportunity to be constantly challenged and, more importantly, I have the chance to help others change their lives for the better. What a gift. |
