Introduction	I grew up in the Midwest. Played football and wrestled in high school. Afterwards I participated in sports in college and grad school only recreationally. Primarily mountain biking and skiing focused, but then I started to catch the tri-bug 3 years ago. I actively research training and nutrition trying to incorporate that knowledge into my own experience. One thing I have always loved was nourishing the body and soul. The most direct path is through food.
