| Introduction | First and foremost I am a wife and a Mama to three boys. I am also a professional counselor who specializes in the treatment of women's issues; specifically eating disorders and body image, anxiety and depression and women's identity and development. I love my roles in life and tend to wear a lot of different hats. While we are talking hats, let's talk fashion because I really love that! Oh and running too!
