Introduction	Tara Butler has been committed to helping corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and people-in-transition reach their highest personal and professional potential since 2000 when she founded her own consulting and coaching practice. Tara was first introduced to coaching after hiring a coach in her first executive role at PhotoDisc where she ran their worldwide Sales and Service organization for 4 years. She found that it significantly impacted her success in her career, her personal and professional relationships, and her work/life balance. Tara has always been passionate about training and development and to helping others overcome obstacles and realize their highest potential. It drew her to become a Board Member of The Excellence Foundation, a non-profit organization that offers personal development programs, and later became their Executive Director for over a year. Tara has also developed, implemented and facilitated training programs to thousands of employees on team building, conflict resolution, negotiation, consultative selling and consulting essentials.
