Introduction	Hi, my name is Meredith and I will be 32 in a month. I have started this blog as a support means so I can get my life back. I have spent the majority of my life without a weight problem. Over the last five or six years I have packed on more than 100 pounds. I am now tipping the scales at 239.2 pounds! Simply put I want my life back. My hope is that by creating and using this blog I will gain support and will hold myself more accountable to my weight loss goals. So, off we go!!!

Favorite movies	Too many to name. Anything cheesy that makes me laugh! I also love a good drama or horror flick!
Favorite music	RAP!!!! Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, Rihanna, Old School 90's Jams! I love Country music as well. Rascal Flatts is one of my favorites.
Favorite books	Too many to name. Love inspirational reads.
