| Introduction | I'm a mother of four gals-ages 7 to 23. I live in Maryland and work as an ER nurse. Of course, in my perfect world, I'd be a published writer. So I decided to start a blog. I know that as a writer I should write every day and the intention is always there, but sometimes when I sit down, nervously galloping my fingers across my bottom lip, I fear that if what I put on paper today will be horrible, or worst yet-the very last words to ever be found floundering around in my little peanut brain. I take a deep breath and dive in-crashing head first into the bright white of the one dimensional paper embedded into the computer screen. Words spill from my cracked head like the white of an egg and I wonder where the good parts are-in the thick, creamy yolk , or the naked, exposed white. And this, my readers, is who I am. |
