When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?

Honestly, I feel that us having to rely on alarm clocks is what makes us lazy. Our bodies are designed to tell us when to go to bed and when to rise. We have gotten out of the rhythm of life, and are paying for it in ways we don't even yet recognize.
