| Introduction | Primary Structures Educational Foundation, Inc. (PSEFI) is the corporate foundation of the Primary Group of Builders (PGB). It is a non-stock, non-profit organization registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). PSEFI operates through the School of Knowledge for Industrial Labor, Leadership and Service (SKILLS). We are an accredited foundation of the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) and a duly recognized training and assessment center in Region VII by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Canadian Welding Bureau. We are also a licensed community-based enterprise by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to train the beneficiaries under the youth empowerment program. The Department of Education (DepEd) granted PSEFI-SKILLS a permit to open the Senior High School Program offering the Technical-Vocational Track. The thrust of the foundation is poverty reduction by providing skills training, competency assessment and employment to the deserving but marginalized members of the community such as out-of-school youth, out-of-school adults, women, displaced workers, and Persons With Disabilities (PWDs). |
