Introduction	I have begun a new journey and I invite you to come along for the ride. After 18 months of feeling tired, achy and crappy, I finally found a health care professional who listened and dug deeper. 1 month and 27 tests later, I have been diagnosed with mild type II diabetes and a yeast overgrowth issue. So, that means, no sugar and no yeast for three months. I am not sure how I am going to do this.....but I figured I would blog about it! I hope you like it.
