| Introduction | I am so incredibly blessed to be married to Rick Ferguson and have two wonderful sons, Chris and Eddie, two incredible daughter-in-loves, Jana and Sammi, and six of the best grandchildren who have ever lived, Jordan, Ashlyn, Heath, Katie, Averi, and Kinsley. After being privileged to stay home and raise our sons, God led me to go back to school while our sons were in college. I graduated from the University of Texas in Austin and received BA in English and Psychology and later MA Counseling from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Va. After living in Austin for 38 years, my husband and I moved to Texarkana. I presently serve on staff at FBC Texarkana, Texas, as church counselor. |
| Interests | Reading, fishing, riding 4-wheelers, anything outdoors, watching grandchildren play ball, dancing recitals, and band performances. |
| Favorite movies | Sound of Music and Swiss Family Robinson- all time favorites. Most recently, Fireproof. |
| Favorite music | All kinds of Christian music. Although this dates me, my husband and I still love "The Platters" songs in the 1960's. |
