| Introduction | I am a lover- wife, mom, sister, and friend to all. I remind myself daily that my first name is Beloved; I continue to find myself again and again hemmed in by the love of God. I remind myself the universe is for me; yoga helps with that. My super power is vulnerability (just ask my friends). I love this big, wild world and the beautiful, mysterious people and things that inhabit it. I like to curl up in my favorite spot on my couch with a good book and a cup of hot tea (or wine, just depends on how the day is going). I like to play with my family- hikes, games, movies, nights out, nights in. I'm a little more extroverted than introverted and really enjoy time with my friends (I miss all of you I left in FL).
