Introduction	Despite a severe allergy to tree nuts, I ate my way fearlessly through to my early twenties. But an encounter with cashews tucked away in the batter of a fried pakora bred anxiety and fear. I cut out the most nut-riddled cuisines, and I greeted every packaged food item with suspicion. Recently, I began to approach my diet with a new passion and zeal, introducing new ingredients, and even eating out. This blog represents a curious, safe and passionate exploration of food.
