| Introduction | I have always enjoyed reading books of all types since I was able to read. Over the years I have amassed a huge collection of books and I find it difficult to part with any of them to the degree that my bookshelves are the focus of my living room. Originally from Dartford in Kent (UK) I have settled in Thailand which I use as a base for leading bird watching tours. I have a BSc (Hons) in Wildlife and Countryside Conservation, formerly a fingerprint officer, grape picker, English teacher and gardener.
