Introduction	Mom, girlfriend, daughter, sister, friend and nurse(!). In that order. I'm a hippy, and refuse to use umbrellas. Looking for me? I'm outside. In flip flops. Trying to find fresh local food to feed my kids. I practice AP, am anti RIC and EBF my kids. If you don't know what those initials mean, we most likely don't agree, and that's fine with me. I try to be as green as possible, and I am getting better. I think. My son and I, along with daddy and sister, are learing together how to live life with food allergies, and day to day challenges that come along with that. I try to help my daughter to understand any choice she makes diet wise can affect her body; whether positively or negatively is her choice. We're doing the best we can, as a team. Living the dream.
Interests	Food allergies, anaphylaxis, dairy free cooking, preventing disease with diet, green living, family activities, helping others to learn how to live free- and dairy free at the same time.
