| Introduction | A lifelong product enthusiast, First Impact’s intern Tara does everything she can to get the company noticed: she spreads the company’s brand and vision using various social media tools; she conducts extensive research to keep First Impact leaders abreast of new and noteworthy trends; and, with her finger on the pulse of the industry, she helps inform decision-making related to product development, formula design, packaging, and marketing. Tara came to First Impact with a desire to change the skincare industry for the better. Before First Impact, she worked in the marketing and business development department of a prestigious New York law firm, where she had previously been a member of the litigation support team. Her experience also includes: short stints in public relations, corporate philanthropy, and organic lavender farming; authorship of a popular blog on natural skincare; and a whole lot of passion for healthy and sustainable living. Tara graduated from Trinity College in 2007 with a B.A. in Public Policy, and will begin the full time M.B.A. program at Babson College in the fall of 2011. |
