| Introduction | At my core, I am a creative and non-fiction writer. I spent a short stint with TJT Designs and Publications as they published my memoir, The Scorned Butterfly. Although it is no longer in print, I am still appreciative of the opportunity to tell my story and heal from my past. I graduated from Lindenwood University with an Ed.D. in Instructional Leadership- Andragogy, a M.A. in Communications- Training & Development, a M.F.A. in Writing, and a B.A. in Communications. I specialize in adult instruction, corporate training, personal/professional development, and writing. I also provide services in creating dynamic resumes/cover letters and interview preparation. From 2009-2019, I moderated an original in-person/online social group, Speak On It (S.O.I.), comprised of 200+ active members across the United States. |

When your science teacher smashed a frozen rose with a hammer, did you warm the petals to bring them back to life?
It depends, was the frozen rose blue?
