A SUMMARY: POSITIVE PARTNERS is a civil society mechanism birthed out of a God-centred passion for compassion concerning the many voiceless people that are in urgent and dire need of food, water, shelter, health, education, protection, and liberation worldwide, with initial emphasis on Nigeria and Africa; a non-profit organisation creating awareness of positive opportunities, and building the capacities of citizens and civil society groups, so they can be self-reliant; with focus on individual and community empowerment; HIV/AIDS prevention and management; restoration and resettlement of refugees and internally displaced persons; holistic women and children protection advocacy/action; boosting and harnessing global individual, institutional, transnational, and corporate altruism; peace promotion and conflicts prevention/resolution; strengthening of pan-African civil societies’ unity and capacities; and enshrining God-centred compassion, peace, and prosperity for the global common good. |
