Introduction	I love baking and cooking (in that order), and am hopelessly addicted to cook books and the internet. I live on my own, but can't possibly eat all the products of my cooking and baking on my own, so my colleagues at work, my friends and my family benefit regularly when I want to try out something new. I'm forever fiddling with and adjusting any recipes I try, mainly because I have an incurable aversion to most vegetables. But I'll also fiddle with baking recipes, and I'm particularly proud of my raisin bun recipe, which evolved over several years until it delivered the perfect combination of texture and taste.
