| Introduction | I was born in Birmingham but spent my childhood wandering round Africa with my parents and siblings. Many schools and camping holidays later we came back to earth and to Birmingham. I studied English at university and after 5 nightmare years teaching in a local primary school, decided this was not for me. I discovered adult ESOL teaching, which was great, and didn't look back. I also do some teacher training. I'm married with three sons who do a variety of things in different parts of the country. They will be amused I have a blog. |
